Can somebody pleeeease help me????
I live in spain and have a skymaster dt 300 dvb t terestrial receiver.
Some how i have managed to reset the box to original settings and now only receive 5 basic channels where as before i was receiving 30 plus spanish channels and most of them you could change the language to English.
I have looked on the information page for software installed on the system and there is just a date and no serial number.
I have tried to scan for channels and still it only picks up the 5 basic spanish channels.
Does anyone out there have any idea of the setting etc that i need as i also do not have an instruction manual for the box???? many thanx:-worship

Try a google search for the manual, seems to be a few out there !

You'd be best using google.es and include the spanish equivalent words for manual, handbook and instructions in your searches (separate ones of course).

Have you sorted this yet?
Sounds that you are tuning it in but only on one frequency..try going into the menu again and picking the option for full scan..is the menu in english or spanish?..If it's in Spanish let me know what options there are and post back here and i'll try to help. Failing this you should be able to do a factory reset on the menu and it should rescan all channels after it asks you basic info such as time/date etc

perhaps you need to turn on the option (if there is one!) that says "antenne power".
