upgrade problem

hi im using EL-700 FTA super.i use to up grade my receiver wid softwares from srsupport.com n i was able to un lock many chanles on hotbird but from last 3 days i cant un lock any chanle on hotbird even by upgrading my reciever wid da latest software now will some one tell me dat wat da hell is going on.i heard dat all dis up grading thig will come to an end on dis year in automn.was dat right?will some one help me out?
