Virus firm that i instal on my sat PLZ help

Wass up ...
i'v waned to update my satelite
when i instal the new firm on it everything went wrone
i don't have any image now
all i see is black lines
so i try to change the firm but everytime i try it tell me that cum1 is disconected and sometime don't do anything at all
so they told me to use a boot name BL2.1.9V4
the boot won't work eather when i try it nothib seem to happen
can somebody help me PLZ

u used wrong firmware,witch hardware version did you have before?

Sounds like yet another classic case of using the wrong software on the receiver. Chances are you cant recover it by reflashing it - you may need to jtag it, or you may well have wrecked the receiver.
