VxMulti 9-Mode Programmer

Hi People!

Just purchased a VXMulti 9-Mode Programmer.
Having problems with the new supplied VXCardmaster 7.04 (Mode 7)software that was supplied with the device - Basically it programs and verifies the goldcard or Atmel card all ok but when inserted into my receiver (Humax 5300) it does not recognise it.

I can program a goldcard perfectly everytime using the 'old' VxMulti Software (Mode 8) supplied on floppy disk but this does not let you program the Atmel 256k Funcards.

Any help much appreciated.

If you have a look at the Vxtools web site http://www.vxtools.com/support/downloads.htm
you will see that the VxCardmaster 7.04 is only for the VxMicro programmers and will not work with the VxMulti.

You could try Chipcat 2.3 http://www.wizards.sh1te.net/techbase/smart/chipcat23.zip

The software will ask for you to set your programmer to the correct setting but remember that this software is not for the Vxmulti and the numbers are not the same.
i.e when it asks for mode 1 (amtel mode) you set your VXmulti to numer 4 and mode 0 is the same in both (SMARTCARD 6MHz)
