Stardate sometime in 1978. A young Suzi Quatro and the rather more wrinkly Chris Norman have a reasonable hit with Stumblin' In

Over the years its been cobvered by numerous times. Ive found these so far :-rofl2

Dutch....

Finnish

Czech

And if you think those are bad

try the Hungarian version

Norwegian.....

or Swedish!
Springa omkring (Stumblin' In)

Stardate long long ago in a lifetime far far away.

Ahem. Ok its 1978 and the Patti Smith Group is in the charts with Because The Night. Nice catchy rock song. 1986 Ron Keel comes along and well.....

I guess its ok.

Lets go back to 1978 (quiet at the back whoever said "I wasnt even born then granddad")

10CC are in the charts with Dreadlock Holiday. 16 years later its covered in Dutch by De Strangers

And as usual the Finnish version is just weird - Vilperin Perikunta

(go on give it a listen - its only got 184 views on YT!)

Just listened to Kashmir on Absolute Classic Rock which prompted me to have a rummage on YouTube.

Raise you, apparently this 'woman' has been pushing the music industry for some air time, again.

Please, not even the once.

That is truly execrable. Fortunately aural balm is being dispensed by my radio as I type with Good Times, Bad Times by Led Zep playing. All the way from the first album in 1969. Fifty years ago!

Ralph McTell's Streets Of London again - this time done rather beautifully by folk rock duet Blackmore's Night (Richie Blackmore from Rainbow)

And after that lovely version lets rather ruin it with a Danish version!

Or a Norwegian version

Or the obligatory Finland cover

Or maybe you would prefer Die Strassen von London?? :-rofl2
