Weird Transponder

Just doing an occasional blind scan of 45W and stumbled upon this transponder (new since last scan) on 11549V. Seems to being using an encryption I haven't seen before. I would of just thought oh it must be satellite broadband, but there is video and audio streams! Any ideas?

..forget your analyzer. It's ACM continuos mode, not TS

Yes, this transponder (on air since a very long time) and much more around the clarck belt, in continuous ou packetized , are broadcast video. most of the time, this is a streaming video over broadband by satellite.

You can find them in C, KU and KA band.

Is it possible to demodulate these streams to get useful data (video) out of it?

Admittedly I am not up to speed with these transponders.I do come across them sometimes.Is this one.

I can get video from the signal at 33E is almost perfect, although the quality is awful.

I got some partial video from a continuous stream at 40.5W the other month (11154 V 22500). It was showing a film in English. Probably the only time I will get to see video from this satellite...

Correction.I have done it again.I am cracking up.
That last post of mine .12556V 4104 23.Is on 12.5West. not 5W.
