The answer is simple for the moment they are not freely available as there is no requirement, simply because there are no HD terrestrial transmissions in the UK at the moment so you are unlikely to find second hand ones on ebay

No satellite gear here, but at my parents' house there is:
Konig 35cm camping dish (horrible, too small)
80cm Silvercrest (lidl)on 13E and 19.2E and a Technomate 5300D+ USB Super.

MPEG4 is normally used for HD because it's more efficient. Doesn't mean it's not possible to use MPEG4 for SD or MPEG2 for HD but usually, MPEG2 is used for SD and MPEG4 is for HD.

Try ebay.com.au - they have DVB-T receivers occasionally for sale (electronics section).

Problem will be posting from Aussieland.

Also, may be not compatible with your country's system.

I haven't bought it yet because of crisis ;], but all local electronic stores have them in Lithuania, the cheapest is for about 80$.

At least one of our advertisers is selling an mpeg4 cam for Irish DTT to convert "standard boxes" to mpeg4..

When I was in France recently they were advertising HD TVs with MPEG4 built-in so perhaps some of the STBs have this as well.

Would you have a web link to one on the net. Are Saturn or Media Markt in Lithuania? I have never been there so am not familiar with the big electronics stores. I have a friend going out to Vilnius this Month and I would get him to bring me back one. $80 is a good price and I have seen them for alot more than that on the net.
