I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but here goes. I want to be able to watch live prem football via satellite, I've got all the sports channels on sky but a s a Wolves fan I would like to watch them every Saturday as no doubt they won't be on sky very often. I've read about the dreambox, and realise it aint an easy thing to use for beginners but I'm pretty pc savvy so I'd rise to the challenge. What exctly would I need to do what I want to do, prices, setup costs etc would also be helpful. Thanks in advance for replys.

1) Linux based box, such as dreambox

2) A subscription card of which you could share

3) The linux would have to go online and must be connected to your outer

4) A sat dish motorised minimum size 80cm for 28e, 19e, 13e and 1 w satellites

5) Check out liveonsat dot com for listings

I would not consider buying a card until closer to the start of the season, as at this time we are not sure who will be showing what.:)

Ade,

You are a man after my own heart... Im after a setup to watch the wolves (and perhaps some halftime pron)

Could anyone recommend a setup in readiness for the new season with a view to bagging a cam/card nearer the time?

I am COMPLETELY new to all this.

Cheers in advance

as rolf says...wait until 1-2 weeks before the season...keep an eye on what channels will be showing what....

then you will be able to decide what card to buy and what satellite to point at

also keep an eye on liveonsat dot c0m
