which programmer for which task?

Hi, I need a programmer which will do tit card, mosc seka2, v2 without probs and other tasks if possible.
is the infinity usb phoenix good enough to do this or should I get a away from usb stuffs and get a simple serial progger?

I prefer Infinity usb phoenix or Elvis programmer.you can program all cards.
