why meadleast has no adult chanels ?

so many people here looking for adult tv, but the problem is all meadle east satellites has no adult chanels .
even though hotbird sat. has some ,but it does not cover all regon .
so is there any chance to get any adult chanels in meadle east ?

Your best bet is to get a dish aligned onto the Hotbirds at 13E
