Unlike its earlier incarnation (Nova-T), the channel list file in the HVR 1100's folder is in .mdb format, whereas I believe the Nova-T uses the more accessible .lst extension.

Is there any way of converting this to a readable form other than with MS Access?

If Open Office can't do it, there are a couple of freeware applications that will open mdb files and allow you to save it as something else, like html.

This is one which might work - I haven't tried this particular one :)

Thanks guys for your help. i found a little program called 'MDB Viewer Plus' that does the job perfectly.
