by the way, whats the best way of putting channels on like this and others..
Manual Transponder scan?? ive noticed that most people dont give an ID? so how you meant to find it after you have added a channel?
i know this one as the boss told us its called Satops... but if your not given a name then what.... just for future reference

Hi Guys, I can get the BBC channel on this sat but when I try and add the TP as above my receiver doesn't find any channels. Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?

I have an echostar 3000IP and just go to the "edit" menu select add TP and put in the details as above and when I select "Add" no chanels are found.

Any advice appreciated.

Anyone in the Uk able to get 7w? LyngSat says this has a beam for Egypt - I don't seem to get anything from this sat (using a 1m dish in Surrey). Maybe my dish needs re-aligning...
