All the women at work were having a giggle at an sms message, eventually I managed to persuade one of them to let me know why. I don't have the exact wording as I would not give them my mobile number but it went something like this

women in the UK however is that these under endowed men are easily
identifiable and can thus be avoided. The unique characteristics

significant feature is a number of all white rectangles of cloth
adorned by a bright red cross constructed of vertical and horizontal
lines both of which are fixed to the vehicle being driven by these
under endowed men or affixed to their bedroom windows.
