World In Box II loader program

Hi , i have WorldInBox II and i want to update the receiver software i already went to _http://www.starsw.com/ and downloaded the new software but i am facing a little problem as i can't determine which one from the files listed in that site is the loader program that if it is there at all so i registered here hoping i will find an expert or someone has an experience with that receiver to help me out with my little problem
