Anyone&nbsp; know&nbsp; why&nbsp; they&nbsp; made&nbsp; the&nbsp; Echostar&nbsp; DSB2110 (without&nbsp; anything&nbsp; embedded)&nbsp; with&nbsp; two&nbsp; CAM&nbsp; slots,&nbsp; if&nbsp; the&nbsp; sodding&nbsp; thing&nbsp; doesn't&nbsp; like&nbsp; working&nbsp; with&nbsp; a&nbsp; Mediaguard&nbsp; and&nbsp; Viaccess&nbsp; CAM&nbsp; in&nbsp; it&nbsp; together&nbsp; at&nbsp; the&nbsp; same&nbsp; time?
