Mainly things that don't involve violent exercise. I decided long ago to be healthy rather than fit. (Most of the fitness fanatics I know are covered in splints and straps and patches!)
Biography
Three score years and ten, then a few. Started with "the wireless", followed with B&W TV, computers driven by punched paper tape, mobile phones the size of bricks. I never fail to be surprised by the way the technology "branches" and the ingenuity of new applications but the pace of progress is accelerating faster than I can keep up. So bear with me if my contributions are sometimes a bit "old hat" and naive; keep up, Grandad!
