I've recently acquired on of these. Unfortunately, it on an old firmware version 1.0.14. I believe the OTA update channel no longer exists. However, I emailed pace CS and they say it's still available on astra 1, but they didn't provide the parameters! I've just lined up a dish on astra 1...

According to their FAQ, it is height from the base of the dish. _http://www.dishpointer.com/helpfaq/

Sky might be able to help: _http://communaltv.sky.com/communalTvOptions.aspx But I doubt you would get the multi satellite feed.

It's not really possible to use both receivers at the same time with single output lnbs. Basically, take one output from each lnb to each switch. Then run a cable from each switch to the receivers. Poor quick diagram attached!

I've now attached an image to my previous post. Provided that structure under the line is less than 2.8m higher than the bottom of the dish, you should have clear line of sight.

The roof has walls around it, but open to the sky? If so, it looks like it might be possible to mount a dish on the inside of the roof wall on your side of the block and point it towards 28.2E The cable can be secured and dropped down the outside to your apartment.
