The box is in a stack of AV equipment at my parent's house, so I can't check right now but I'll post the details when I can get to it. OpenVIX lists it as: DVB-T NIM (TT3L10) (DVB-T2) although I don't know if that uniquely identifies this tuner.

The TS format is whatever format the SF228/Enigma2/OpenVIX 5.1 writes out to disk. Codec details will be different depending on the channel.
