Bad luck for me…after install CAS8.6b to new PC with fresh windows XP Pro SP3, same problem still remain. CAS 3 Hardware can be Diagnostic / firmware update ? Much Appreciates for your advice.

already uninstall and re-install Cas 8.6b.. Device manager show >> JUNGO Install >Win Driver >Cas Interface 3 USB (only appear when USB connected) Still with same problem.....keep waiting to start program... please help

already done.. 1. Start Cas Interface Studio 8.6b. (display show >> Pelase Connect the device in your USB Port) 2.Connect CAS3 to USB Port. (display show >> CAS Interface 3 Connected.Waiting to start program......) ............go on waiting to start program.

Currently i'm using WINDOWS XP Pro. When I try to run cas3 with cis8.6b programmed I just get a screen pic with "waiting to start programmed..." programmed does not start. I have done restart pc then run CIS 8.6B and plug cas3 into usb. Already follow readme procedures but still with same...
