Symptom: display, on switching on : H2.08 (time ?) then three continuous blinking dots. Checked SMPS psu voltages- all ok and within range. Manual says check volages on U200, but unable to pin point it on the pcb. It should be on the power board. Any suggestions please ?

I have a bricked MK918 known also as CS918 android tv box. It used to work perfect, until one day, on switch on, I was prompted to enter a password for decrypting storage. Any one has had this problem please and a solution ? I never did root or set any password. Thanks
