    Eutelsat Hot Bird 13F & 13G

From checking the spectra of the last few hours, it appears that they come from 13F.

    Eutelsat Hot Bird 13F & 13G

@solly, it's too early to evaluate which satellite they are emitted on, I still need a few hours.. @rodscha, no, they are not empty... there are 223 services (159 TV, 60 Radio and 4 Data).

    Eutelsat Hot Bird 13F & 13G

In the late morning the transponders 95,96,97,98 and 100 were turned off. A few hours later they were turned back on, containing the Vivacom channels again, with the complete tables of all the parameters including the EPG.

The evaluation transponder tests for Eumetsat have been switched on and should last a few weeks. Both should be on Hotbird 13G. Txp-1 11219H Txp-14 11470V Eumetsat link: EUMETSAT - User Portal

    Eutelsat Hot Bird 13F & 13G

@max11, I'm just an enthusiast. I have no contacts in Eutelsat... These are my reports with dish by 80cm and 150cm, from Castellammare di Stabia (Naples-Italy).

    Eutelsat Hot Bird 13F & 13G

After carefully analyzing the spectra of these days... I have to correct the error on the Vivacom transponders, they are all still on 13F. I attach the pdf file of how the transponders are distributed on the Hotbird satellites, from March 1st to March 8th.

    Eutelsat Hot Bird 13F & 13G

    Yesterday morning the 5 Vivacom transponders were moved to Hotbird 13G. While last night another 2 transponders were moved to 13G and 6 transponders were moved to 13F. Below is the list: Yesterday morning Txp-95 12616 H --> From 13F to 13G Txp-96 12635 V --> From 13F to 13G Txp-97 12654 H -->...

    Eutelsat Hot Bird 13F & 13G

All five transponders are on Hotbird 13F and the uplink is managed by eutelsat. Regarding signal quality, it must be kept in mind that with modulation 8PSK and Fec 5/6, the minimum reception threshold is quite high, around 9,4 dB.

    Eutelsat 10A

I just checked and I notice that the TLEs are no longer correct, it is now at almost 7°W. It appears that a new maneuver has been carried out to further raise the orbit. I suspect it's going into graveyard orbit.

    Eutelsat 10A

I confirm, it's moving west. Only the primary telemetry signal is active, in circular polarity (10950,20 LHCP).

    Eutelsat 33F (previously Hotbird 13B)/Hotbird 13E

The TLE of Eutelsat 33E (formerly Hotbird 10), have not been updated since October 4th. It is moving west about 0,9° per day, now at about 21,4°E.

    Arabsat BADR-8

Checking today's screenshots, I noticed that about two hours ago, two transponders, 11727 H and 12322 V, were turned on for a few minutes. I couldn't check if there was modulation, but from the enlarged shape it seems without modulation (test carrier full band).

    Arabsat BADR-8

From this morning's check, the telemetry signal is 11197,00 V, switched to on-station mode (linear polarity and bandwidth of approximately 600kHz). While the other signal 11202,50 is off. The two high band on-station beacons, 12494,50 H and 12499,90 V, were also turned on. 11197,00 V 12494,50...

    Arabsat BADR-8

The Badr-8 has reached 26°E. The telemetry signals are still in LEOP/Emergency mode (circular polarity and bandwidth of approximately 200kHz). The two on-station beacons that were turned on during the tests (12494.50 H and 12499.90 V) are also still off. Pol. H Pol. V
