You need to check that the cable, going downstairs, is correctly fitted, if it is try it on a different LNB output.

Try taking the downstairs box upstairs, and connect it to that cable. Did you set it up as English, following the factory reset?

The default pin, in the video, is 0 0 0 0, unless you set a new pin it should be that.

You can try a factory reset, which will take you back to when you first set it up, but this might not solve the problem:

When you changed the LNB did you then get a picture? Did you ensure that the LNB connections were covered by a protective rubber boot...
