Thanks - I will give it a go. Am I right in thinking that adjusting the lnb skew is literally physically turning the LNB in it's holder. How do you check the focal point?

Thanks for your reply. 19E, Astra 28.2E and Thor 1W are all fine - I haven't tried any others at the moment. I have Technomate 6900, 90cm motorised dish and new MTI highline LNB.
