I phoned Teleco UK agents this morning and informed them of the problem that we are all having. They will contact Teleco in Italy and then place a post on this thread.

Before I placed my post regarding 28.2E NE, I tried I several times and moving my camper from north/south to east/west, and it found sky every time. I am sorry to say that it does not now work. I think it is time that TELCO came up with an answer to this problem.

VERY GOOD NEWS I have changed the settings of the MagicSat box, to look for Satellite 15. This is at 28E NE, and it now finds Sky. They must have changed it from Satellite 11 within the last month. This was 28E SE. Good luck Peter

I have just had another try, with no luck. The dish seems to be locked onto another satellite as it is pointing higher into the sky that it use to. The signal test on the Sky box shows: Signal Strength about 80% Signal Quality about 70% Lock Indicator OK Network ID 013e Transport Stream 1450

I have a magic sat 2002a and I cannot now get sky on 28degrees. I can get all the other satellites. Could this be a problem with the LNB? It stopped picking it up two weeks ago. Any advice would be welcomed. Peter B Any advice would be welcome.
