I put everything facing north except the dish facing south using adjusted declination angle. Now I was able to track 45* to 105* but signals are weak for some satellites.
I think you guys right. When i set the 1* declination It never looks ok and it was out of track. My brief testing I found out that I was not be able to get the 78.5* with 1*. To get it I have to tilt(declination) down 10*+ why is that ?

Pls see the photos and and the part of the dish manual. After adjusting declined angle the I tried the Thaicom and I was able to lock it then I trued few different other satellites but no luck. Then its started to rain. So I had to stop tracking for the day.
Currently my declination angle is about 5°. I think that is why its not tracking the belt ? I saw somewhere my true south satellite is the one which is very close to your location Longitude. My Longitude is 79.89 so the closest satellite 78.5°E is I am wrong ? pls let me know how to find it ?
