OK this is what I get on 11.977V off BADR Press TV etc.
No signal at all on 11.970V on 28E here and that is on a 1.8 Channel MasterP1010024.JPG

Badr 4 used to be an exceptionally easy catch up here on an 80 cm dish - I used to get a dozen or so tp's no problem at all.

This was one of my infamous salvage dishes - a bent one which Id straightened out so it wasnt pristine by any stretch of the imagination.

Can you guys check 11973V on Astra 28.2 to see if out is there?
Its been off air for months - it was a Sky DVB-S2 tp until fairly recently. Nothing there now:

Guess that sums it up, the ghost of xmas just passed, or a very special stb and zone 1 dish

Edit. Just checked on 1.2 and 1.8, nowt there at all.
Ghost wins, unless statalite can still see it, then we need an exorcist

I will do a factory reset and blind scan later to see if it comes back.

I think the box Statalite is using is a a Dr HD D15, but don't they suffer from some sort of database errors when doing blind scan, throwing ghost transponders up? William 1 has mentioned this before.

Without a doubt the box is mis-reading the signal parameters. But how can a zone 1 dish see that signal in the first place?

Did a scan last night and this morning, it hasn't returned, a phantom in the system.
