Finally ,we can see some picture from this satellite,but only test card.

Just managing to lock and get frozen image pics --- from this one here at 7.9 db - using 1.8 channels master offset and Dr HD F15 ---- a first for me also from this sat/ position

Nothing here -- not even a flicker of signal on that t.p. or the cameroon t.p.
getting a healthy 8.9 db on Channels t.v. though .. stable picture .. no breakup
