UTR is a regular channel - it switched back to Ukrainian about 2055 though.

There is a push to make English a second language in Ukraine as it would improve the economy so there may be more dual audio and subtitled programmes in future on 46e and elsewhere.

This one is quite strong A/S, some tp are under lock some I get nothing 1.2 dish.

Nothing at all on 11039V here, not even a quiver on the signal meter. I'll leave the 5402 tuned into that frequency and see if anything shows up, although the 1.1m dish might just be a fraction too small this far north..
