Lyngsat reports some channels on the *southern* beam - 11045 V, SR 40000(!) 2/3. Can't "see" the satellite so can't check...
Russian beam wipes away the signal (if any) of that Southern beam that covers sub-sahara Africa.
Maybe Spain has a chance?

Eh? There's no frequency reuse here and should be very strong anywhere in Europe.

What I meant was there is nothing else broadcasting on that frequency on any other beams.

Also, I cannot see a mention of 3-in-1 beam separation. Thought it was just one single beam split into three, so, in theory, that frequency should be available on all 3 sections..., right?

There is plenty signals between 10950 and 11200 MHz from Yamal-402, just not of the broadcasting type.
Flysat shows more of such signal than Lyngsat.
There is even more proprietary stuff going on that doesn't even lock on a TBS 6925.

Again it's really 3 separate footprints on that map.
Gazprom chose to conveniently use one map since they don't overlap.

To make the picture complete, on the Gazprom link it says:
"There is a possibility of interbeam connection of Southern beam with Russian and European, and Northern beam with steerable beam."
But not used right now, it seems.

There's a new wideband carrier on 10845V, DVB-S, 30000, 3/4. No useful signal yet, only ts_packets filled with 0xff. Some receivers won't see anything cos the transport error indicator (TEI) is set with 0xff only ;) Here reception is poor, only 4,5dB SNR with clear sky :(

But the MPLP-mux on 12694V, DVB-S2, 15284, 8PSK, 3/4 comes error free with 9dB :)

Good find, don't recall seeing any of the 6 Russian beam transponders below 10950 MHz before!
Comes with over 6,3 dB S/N now, that's even a little better than 11265 V 30000 3/4.

Yes I can barely lock it, it's ACM/VCM with AOL services in it, uninteresting!
It must have been already in the Crazyscan I posted above, but now this cold an clear evening it locks.

Yes it is Martin - nice catch - I barely got a sniff of a signal off that frequency here using the 1.1m.

BTW the 0's after the names are the timeshift from Moscow (NTV +0 hours etc)
