Merci.
En fait, je préfère la télé, car la connexion Internet est souvent interrompue. La DVB ne tombe pas en panne. Donc la DVB a ma préférence.

Regarding Enigma2 it takes some time to get used to it but now I really like it. Have used a VU+ DUO2 several years and just bought a VU+ DUO 4K SE. Very nice recevier. I also got an Octagon SF8008 and I like it too but VU+ are my favorites.

The advantage of an Enigma2 receiver is that the user can fill in new values for PLS, if the code is changed by Fransat.
In the menu of my Primo (non enigma2) there is no way to change this code. I don't know if it is possible to do so in the menu of Octagon SX89. For Octagone SX8 HD One = no way !

Can the PLS code be changed on a Dreambox DM920?

But you don't tell her how to flash it and with which image.
And if everything goes wrong, what then ?
She is an absolute beginner.

m I imagine that I would have to flash a new image from something like a USB stick. I don't know which E2 image to download.

I just checked and indeed the 920 is DreamboxOS.

However, the Ultra Two does have E2 pre-installed, and it's smaller, but sadly without any DVB-T.

Enigma2 isnt perfect but it has the best recorder feature still today. (in my opinion)

sophie101, First you need to check the used Tuner chipset in DM920 (with the ending D they support multistream)

The Ultra Two also supports multistream.
l I could leave the dvb-t on the TV.

My quad LNBs also feed into my tenent. ( I converted my house into two flats). I can give them one of the cheaper dvb-s/t units mentioned earliet
