The static part of the image seems to be OK. The moving part (stripes above the text) give the impression of "tearing". Sometimes the whole picture "disintegrates".

Just checked with my octagon and the moving part seems much better than the one with my PC so it could be a LAV decoder problem.
Better wait for a new program to judge...
