A bit of a curious data transponder -
12616V 1000 DVB-S2 QPSK 1/3
I was trying to get this last night, it seemed to lock at a pretty strong level with my meter (Satlink WS6933) but on the Octagon SF8008 mini there was no sign of any signal.
Data rate would be something like 700kbps so I'm wondering if there's maybe some radio hidden inside, like the adjacent frequencies used for RTL Belgique, Hit West etc.
