Absolutely great job William! As always.
Just a question: what could be the reason for which feeds are broadcasted at 13E and 19.2E now? Both are always considered "commercial" positions aimed to DTH. What do you think?

Due to the demise of 12.5 west & 24.5 west for feeds extra capacity is available on broadcast satellites 28.2E,19.2E & 13E so it makes good sense to use it.
