No, I did not ask about price but about a size of opening you were saying. .
Just found 2 another LNBs from same feedhorn family with 40mm adapters made out of plastic pipes made by me.
Oh I see ! I will check the diameter tomorrow as Its dark now and get back to you If thats ok ! thanks for your help

Good morning everybody!
2peeter3000: Are you sure Invacom SNH-031 is for Prime-focus dish?

Horn is also in almost all Ky-band LNBs, we simply do not see it cuz it is behind plastic cover. Invacom is using special material in front of horn, material with very good characteristics, it reduces loses of signal. I've heard the stories and seen pictures that birds made holes in Invacoms covers so moisture could get inside electronics and brick the device.
Of course, Invacom, designed for offset dish will also work on PFA but performance will be not so-so.
My personal expirience with Invacom SNH-031 is also not very positive.... I tested it on 1,8m offset dish and it worked worse than SHARP LNB for price of 3UER (10x times less than Invacom).

Edit: More like joke- some time ago there was air-company named SABENA, and people said it means Such A Bloody Experience, Never Again :-rofl2. And that what I decided about Invacom.

You can't use Invacom SNH-031 on a prime focus dish.
For prime focus dish you have to use Invacom SNF-031 http://invacom.net/snf031.html with appropriate feed horn

Ok so I adjusted my feed arms by about 1.5 cm,s and double checked everything which has improved my signal allot !

I am now getting almost all the 2e channels most of the day so that cant be bad !!

Forgot to measure the diameter of the feed horn to see if it is smaller than others ! But considering the lnb and feedhorn were designed to work together by Invacom I do find It odd that they would reduce the efficiency by making it the wrong size !

I cant even find a picture of that other feedhorn that one member suggested so I think I will just stick with my current setup for now!

Thanks everyone for all your help !

Interesting shop! I can not believe it, something wrong with prices.... they simply too low!
If it is true, than I go to Slovakia!
I am happy to report that they're not a scam.

Ive got a C120 Invacom quad Lnb with adjustable feedhorn on my 2.5m prime focus dish and I was thinking to double check the f/d ratio but does anyone know how to adjust the scaler rings to match the f/d ratio when there are no markings on the feedhorn ? i.e lets say f/d ratio of 0.32 = zero cm's (feedhorn would be flush with scaller rings)

I asked the Invacom guys about the adjustment of the feed at a trade show a few years ago (IBC2011, I think it was).
They said it was not an exact science, so no markings on the feed horn. Rather, it was a matter of adjusting with a meter until you got he best signal, as it all depended on what dish you had. And then fixing the ring with a blob of glue.
Mind you, these were the sales engineers, not the guy who designed the feed-horn.

Thanks ! I could try to adjust it more for a better signal but Its a long walk down and out to the dish to keep testing and I dont have one of those signal analyzers to make it easy ! I have emailed digital sat systems in spain about the wider tubed famaval feed someone recommended but they are not exactly local so dont expect they will reply !

On Dreambox receivers (and possibly others too) the web-interface gives you
the possibilty to take a laptop to the dish and see the SNR values in realtime
as you tinker along with the fine-tuning. I use a dedicated channel list with
all combinations of LNB, polarisation and hi/low-band. Switching channels
through the web-interface and seeing the SNR all the time makes it very easy
to get the correct compromises on all adjustments. (On my setup everything
is separately adjustable so I need really this feature.)

The Invacom feedhorn can be adjusted along the center axis to get exactly in
the focus point provided the mounting allows for this movement. This interacts
with the adjustment of the acceptance angle of the feedhorn so seeing the
signal quality is essential. I usually do the Big Tour around all the adjustments
at least three times even for small changes before reaching the maximal
signal that can be achieved.

That would be a good work around ! I have installed the custom firmware to my humax foxsat that gives me a web interface but I will have to check If it allows for viewing signal info etc ! thanks !!

Download and install Enigma Signal Meter, than you have all needed measurements and also voice telling you signal level.
And for Android phone there are several program available to monitor signal levels.

Would be nice but I dont think that is for a humax foxsat freesat box ! I do have the unofficial file server addon bundle for it but apparently it doesnt have that option ! thanks
