To be honest i'm well impressed with the XTrend. Its not the fastest box on the market but it works well and upto now hasn't really thrown me any curve balls, its done everything i've asked it to.

So much so i have no retired my Gigablue 800se. My next toy will hopefully be a TM5402HD. Been a while since i last played with a non linux TM box. My last was a TMS 1500 CI+It was a fantastic box for its time. It gave me many hours of enjoyment when TPS (now Canal+), Digital+, TV Cabo (Zon) , and Premier (Sky Germany) plus many more were wide open on Keys.

Nano

Good old days I still have my TM1500CI Super+ never use it now but cannot part with it ;)

Do you remember when you were half way through watching something and the keys rolled and you quickly went to the dark place to get the next set of keys, then spent the next 5 minutes swearing whilst you had to input each one with the remote.

Those were the days :D

At the mo super impressed with the TM5502 and backs up all of the positive comments of 'william-1' especially the blind scan results.....great box. :-applause

I'm going for a TM5402HD i think, if anything because i like the look of it, i always thought they were good looking boxes and small and compact so i can hide it from SWMBO :D
