windows 7 on packard bell all in one touchscreen

I was trying to get my local news which is anglia in hd and the only ones near to me I can find is london and meridian is this because anglia news is not transmitted in hd, I also noticed it is the same on the freeview tv set up

There are only four regions of ITV 1HD at present - the two you have already found and two others Central West and Granada. It is unlikely that all ITV 1 regions will go HD for quite some time.
