I got like that my end at least it’s working nowBllody hell you would think computers should be easy these days. FINALLY @Chris1979 can see my feed & I can see his.
Im not quite sure which change triggered the success but Ive been playing with port forwarding on the router, windows firewalls & also threatened the computer with a big stick (John Cleese style!)
Try the format as basestation, and see if that helps.Just been playing around with this and I've already hit a stumbling block - I can't rebroadcast in AVR format as it's not supported I shall have to tinker some more before I can proceed
EDIT: Rather painless, needed to change a setting in receiver (it had always been setup as Base Station feed, I changed that to AVR). I have that setup and will put a hole through the router firewall, then I think (hope!) I'm ready for the next step!
Ross, in the Address bar, which address is that - is that a single ip address you are pushing out your feed to? And how did you get to put an address in there without ticking the Push button?OK what Ive done this evening is this. All config changes within vrs occur at the Rebroadcast servers page (Tools Options Rebroadcast servers)
Set a new one up and choose the port you want Mine is called Kelso as thats my station name on 360Radar & I chose a port well away from anything else in use - 41001 in this case.
These are the settings you want. IP address hidden for security - I trust everyone on the forum but you never know who is reading these things!
