My Satellite Setup
Motorized dish Gibertini 150 cm + LNB Inverto Pro Quad PLL + actuator QARL 24"+ GBOX V3000... Motorized dish Gibertini 125 cm + LNB Inverto Pro Quad PLL + actuator 18" + V-Box II.

Yesterday afternoon, when I checked the telemetry signals, they were very unstable and at times they disappeared completely, only to reappear... a sign that they were performing maneuvers on the satellite. After a few minutes they returned to normal, but frequently there were additional signals that appeared on the spectrum plot and they lasted until late morning. In subsequent checks additional signals had disappeared here and the polarity of the telemetry signals went linear... 10951,00 Vertical and 11449,00 Horizontal.
In the last check I carried out, I took measurements with respect to the astra satellites 1KR, 1L, 1M and 1N, and it appears to be positioned slightly further east (+/- 0,1°). Let's see if when they update the TLEs what I detected will be confirmed.

Hi Marcus, I can absolutely confirm your observations. I also concluded some kind of maneuvering effects on that. In addition, around noon there have been strong test carriers at 11449 V, similar to those that have been used on 9.5° west, but only for a few minutes. At the present time, I can not receive any telemetry beacon on either frequency.

Edit 5 pm: I checked once again, a weak telemetry beacon on 11449 H but with a slight deviation to north and east.

Thanks @Fortunix

From the spectra that were saved from the PC, I can confirm that a peak appeared around the frequency 11450 V.

The telemetries are always active, even if the 10951,00 V, is very weak... it is likely that they are still on the omnidirectional beam.

I downloaded the TLE data, updated from the SES sites and indeed 1P is at 19,27°, compared to the others that are between 19,19° and 19,24°.
