Okay, disregard what I said here. I rechecked and got caught by my excitement.

I did indeed do a blind-scan on Thursday - and no hit on 11728 V - why? Because 11728 and 11739 V carry the same channels. So I guess 11739 V is the actual transponder and as the 11728 is far weaker, it might just be me who incorrectly tuned in frequency. With an offset of 11 MHz - I'd assume I basically tuned into leftovers of 11739.

I should read my transponder list better.

Try scanning 11728 V 27500 this freq. not listed on any satellite directories yet, but lock for me and some others.

11728V is within the bandwidth of 11720V and is the same transponder, showing Sky Box office with a set of channels labelled "unknown".
You'll still get a lock either side of the central frequency of 11720.
It's a mistake which we've all made at one time or another.

So you have almost 30dbuV signal strenght difference (10942 vs 11798) so 10942 could be leaked from the high band frequency. As lnbs may have typical 30db isolation between low/high band. I have this effect, best seen for 11160 that is leaked from high band.

I think when people are looking for "new" transmissions the best thing would be to check this list kindly supplied by a certain member of this forum:

With the exception of Band A at the moment (still under Eutelsat control), all the other frequencies listed are the ones that will be used by the Astra satellites at 28E too and some will be used by Astra 2E. If you are seeing anything on another frequency you have probably misread something. The transponder numbers might not match up but the frequencies are OK.

One is on the high side and a low side.
The difference in bandwidth of the tp's do not have it in mind.?
One is 10Mhz and 40Mhz on the other almost.
But hey, if we say it's the same with no problems.

Uno es de 10Mhz y en el otro casi 40Mhz.
Pero vamos, si dices que es el mismo sin problemas.

I have working channels on 11728V s-r 27500 on my 85cm dish near Gandia SE Spain.
F3 indicates signal level 87% and quality 76%. OOps just read above, still a bit hungover, feel free to delete this post
