Unfortunately, until now no signal!:(
How big is your dish? Judging by Analoguesat's map *if* (and it's a big "if") it's even possible to get reception in Algeria you'll need something well over 2m in diameter (going by SE Spain and Balearics).

Im the first to admit there will be a few mistakes on the map - all corrections are always welcomed :D

Cyprus shown Magenta. No 2E reception anywhere on the Island, not even with a 4.2m dish!

Had a look at a 3.1M Famaval and no lock on 2E spot.
It's about 4 to 5db lower than 1N on both H and V.
Probably need 3db more to get a lock.

Did you happen to get more detailed measurement parameters with no lock, ie. dBuV, SNR.

Had verbal reports of channels losses from some known 3.1's south of the island.

Will spend some more time over the next few days and get some more detailed info. That was the easiest dish to get to for a quick look.
Unfortunately I booked a holiday for the first week in Feb expecting changes to be "mid Feb" and was hoping to be back and on the ball for when the changes started - duh!!
Anyway back now and have spoken with a few people and no reports of 2E spot reception here in Lanzarote so far.

Just out of interest, did you get vertical TPs back in the 2D days?

Just to revise my situation re BBC and Vert/Horiz channels.

Today (now) we have some heavy cloud that is causing very minor pixelation to BBC and BBC2. The picture is still watchable. We have no rain here but could see some out to sea about an hour ago and suspect there may be some slight rain out of view that is now affecting my signal. All BBC channels are still reading 50% Quality on the Humax but I decided to flick through them (V and H) and low and behold, yes, the Horizontals do show slightly less pixelation than the Verticals. Not much mind but enough to make me look at some other time if I get minor annoyances from BBC1 South. But to be honest, the difference is very small indeed.

Looking at ITV on 2e (10993) we get the same Strength and Quality as Channel 5 on 2f. That is Strentgh 75%/80% and Quality 60%.

Hi Folks, I can report from Villaverde in the north of Fuerteventura all ITV and Channel 4 have gone, at the moment no sign of a signal from 2e uk spot, however, after much tweaking of my dish I am Getting ITV meridian on 11053h for much of the day, also four seven and 4HD on 11126v, no margin even for cloud. These two are on 2f spot. I'm guessing here but maybe a 3 metre dish would at least bring these in ok. sorry can't give any signal levels but don't have the equipment.

Your channel master probably performs as well as most 3 mtr P.Focus dishes anyway so probably looking at even bigger than that given the reports from lanzarote about 3.1 mtr getting nothing. (normally not much difference in signal between lanzarote and fuerteventura - certainly nothing like the difference between tenerife and fuerteventura)

Here I can still get ITV Meridan S (10891H) with 75% strength and 60% quality on my Humax. 11053H is a slightly better signal at 80%/75% (fluctuating) strength and 60% quality. Channel 4 (10714H) seems to be the worst for me now - it shows 75% strength and 50% quality but the picture pixelates a little, so I think that quality on this channel is closer to 40% rather than closer to 60%. We have clear blue sky here at the moment.

Something has changed (slightly) on BBC. on BBC1 South and BBC News(10817v) I have 75% strength and 60% quality - that's up from 50% quality yesterday. BBC News HD (11023h) is showing 80% strength and 60% quality. BBC2 remains the same as yesterday at 75% strength and 50% quality.

If we keep clear skys (tends to cloud over in the afternoons) I will see if signals change during the day (as channel 5 does - it improves slightly in the evenings) but so far the BBC channels seem to stay the same - until the weather changes.
