It's the most likely scenario right now. 1H cannot be used as a DTH satellite anymore so they can only use it to offer SNG capacity. There are lots of SNG feeds via 23.5E... and free bandwidth.If I'm putting money on it, my next guess would be 23.5E as 3B is serving this slot solo at present with no backup. Might be wrong though, let's wait and see.
