is there a master code,what is inside this menu,always when i type 4 digits,4 new of them on a random based system will be created,when i enter them i also cannot acces
is this recording when it is activated free of charge?
or what is the reason,why everyone has to call sky when they want record?

The health menu is a diagnostic tool for Sky themselves: The "PIN" it asks for is not the same PIN as the one you yourself use for eg Parental Controls.

the 3 cards i received took 3 min and one took 5 min.
one took 2 min as well.
if it is taking so long then probaly the soft were could be not loaded
