How much does this Inverto Pro with flange cost and with what results compared to IBU?
Has anyone tested the two Inverto?
Thanks.

That one is not currently manufactured. The best price on the 4 output ones is here:

I haven't a clue what the conditions were but probably on a 1.5m on 10E & 1W. Here are some results from an IBU vs. Invacom dated 2017. I've also included some results from the Inverto vs. a Sky Q fitted with C120.

There are a couple of flange LNBs for sale @ satclub.pl forum. Do not know the price as seller did not say that.
Hello @RimaNTSS
I already sold those two inverto c120 single

Im looking also for any good TWIN LNB.

Now im waiting for this DUR-line Twin to arrive.
Need to cut original feed to match this lnb to C120 parabolic dish. We will see how good this lnb is

Now i have black inverto pro c120 twin which is very average...

Maybe we can make one big order from inverto to get those new PLL single and twin in normal price?
Twin Universal PLL Flange LNB
IDLP-TWLFOO-OOPRO-OPN
Item: 5938

Single Universal PLL Flange LNB
IDLP-SNLFOO-OOPRO-OPN
Item: 5937

or those are still not manufactured?

Thanks for the tests presented. They are eloquent for those interested in an lnb capable of better performance than the ones they tried.
For this reason, I wanted to know the differences, even if minimal, between Inverto with Flange and IBU because, over the years, I have worked with many LNBs, among others, with the famous Invacom.
I have also tested Inverto single(white and black) with remarkable results. Unfortunately, I could not eliminate Ku-band interference with white lnb, which attenuated my signal.
I found some scalar rings on Aliexpress that I posted somewhere on this forum, but I can't find my post.
That's why I've shown the differences between Inverto White with made-up rings and Inverto with all Aliexpress scalar rings.
I don't think that the scalar rings boosted my signal, but rather, they remove as much noise as possible from the useful signal.
(Sorry to post pictures of these IBU and scalar rings again.)

@Trust I believe used to machine them from scratch. I have one somewhere that was used with my Fibo and IBU converted...

A Racal polarotor, mid 90s I think.

I will dismantle this weekend and see if it can be mated to other stuff (oooerr!)

It's a magnetic polarotor, always performed marginal to a mechanical one. But it is a part of the history and contributed to the evolvement of sat tv.

It was crap, but the flange may yet be useful.

And on that note, some initial dismantling, if there is a thread then it is somewhat locked up requiring a vice.

The work may also be useful for the other thread.

Well, if it is threaded then it's not currently moving, even with the LNB in a vice and a crowbar between two screwdrivers in the upper holes.

So it's now immersed in a pot of paintstripper for a day or two.

And, the painstripper removed the paint, but still no budging (if it is a threaded system).

Heating didn't help either, apart from turning the ferrite holder into a mass of boiling glue. So I started cutting away to see what is inside.

The throat on this is just over 10mm, which may explain why they were lossy at low frequencies.

Even in a vice there was no movement so without further ado a few cuts later.

It's a single cast unit, possibly useful if the centre can be reamed out to a decent diameter (and if you can find one).

An exciting topic dedicated to some lnb's and practical solutions to better capture the signal.
Each would be a solution for those who want to receive weak signals specifically.

But what may convince us that the solutions proposed here are the signal tests related to other lnb or the same lnb but with an "artifact" added?
So, I would like to see if there is a causal relationship between the technical solution found and the result obtained. I mean more spectra.

For example, I worked with white and black IBU lnb with flange, as in the previous picture, but the white is a bit more sensitive than the black one.
But I got the best signal with the IBU with scalar rings, not flange ones. (see#24)
