The encryptions used by the Indian providers are still secure. Subscribe or do without.

You can forget anything scrambled in Videoguard immediately - they are secure.

Irdeto 2 is still reasonably secure too.

You ant these then you subscribe to the services. If you dont want to subscribe then you do without. Simple really

You may have luck with the Viacess encrypted channels IF you can find a site carrying codes for them - I doubt if the european sites will have them as they are out of range for the viewers.

Try looking at the websites of Satco dx or Lyngsat, where you can find the footprints of birds which broadcast to your area. With luck you will find English or American channels on different satellites.
As for watching pay channels on these, it's not easy. If you can decrypt Viaccess there are French channels, or some Spanish/European ones which use Nagra 2 encryption. There may be a patch software for your Strong which would auto update the decryptions.
Try a Google search on all these items....research is knowledge!
In the other sections of this forum you can find a wealth of information about all this stuff, but you will not find the decrypt keys here anywhere.
Look at a pc program called Florikey 4.4beta. It may help you.

Theres very little if anything broadcasting into the Indian region which can be opened with patches.

Some folks in the north and west who have massive (8 foot plus dishes) can get some channels off hotbird 13E but thats about it.

Not compared to European subs no, but then you have to take into account the lower wages etc in India.

ok so check which satellites beam to your area, point your dish and autoscan the satellite. Use the website of satco dx to get the satellite footprints.
