Aye, it seems most of the Top UK Men are based north of Watford, must be summat in the air or the water brings out the microwave in a man !

@moonbase isnt it just because south of watford is a much smaller area than north of in the UK?

Population density favours south of Watford, however a genetically coded engineering aptitude is more prevalent north of Watford.
No averages, just DNA genetically disposed to DX north of Watford.

You could delve deeper into dish sizes and 36V motor use on a Watford north/south divide.
My guess is higher percentage of rubber band motor men south of Watford and more 36V men north of Watford.
Same guess on percentages for dishes of 1.8m and above that are installed and operational on a regular basis.

Data mining excercise for someone?

Possibly historically thus - FWIW, I've been watching reruns of Fred Dibnah's late 1990s series, (on BBC 4 at around 7 or 7.30pm) about the Industrial Revolution of the 18th & 19th Centuries, and most of that took place "quite a bit" "North of Watford - well worth a look at the reruns because he was a very knowledgeable and engaging TV "personality" of that time.

OTOH, I'm from just South of Watford as were many of my engineering colleagues at college and at work.:)
