I have noticed several imperfections
Nothing, and nobody is perfect (even @Trust1 ), so do not worry, it is normal. But some pictures of imperfections could help to understand the issue here.

I´ll give it a try tomorrow, but I don´t think it will show up on a pic very well, need touch sensitive technology to correctly describe the issue

Mine is still in its packaging, so I haven't really examined it. Imperfections on the surface shouldn't matter here, as long as the reflective material within is undamaged.

I agree totally, and judging by primary tests doesn´t appear to effect performance, just looks like a spotty teenager

EDIT that said, mine does has some spots, or bubbles on the dish face that could cause a slight loss of signal on weak sats

Took a couple of pics of the dish, one of edge, one of face.

Don´t think it is causing any problem, just looks a bit crappy!

Looks like crocodile skin. Perhaps Polish comrades were little bit drunk when they made this dish, or it was last dish of the working week. But you are right, that should not cause any performance problems. However, if dish is new and coming from shop, I would at least show this to seller and ask WTF is going on.

That could be sanded down.

Chris, I don't think there's any paint on this dish - the plastic itself is white. Almost looks like splashback! Need to look on mine now!

Doesn't look good though, makes you wonder if the reflective material is reacting with, I assume is the fibre glass covering.

I bought two direct from Laminas and both have a similar appearance, the one I have put up does appear to be worse than the 2nd one which is hiding down the side of the shed out of the wind.

Re paint bubbling, are they painted? I thought they were cast in this colour resin?

Just had a look on mine. I have one or two specs here and there but nowhere near as bad as yours.

It's not reacting with the Spanish sun, is it?

Don´t think so, it hasn´t been up long and before that the edges where all wrapped in black clingfilm and bubble wrap. They were stored between the shed and garden wall so not exposed to sun. I will keep an eye on it to see if it gets any worse.
I must add, that was the worst area on the face, most of it appears to nearly smooth.
I have just had a longer look at the 2nd dish and it is not anywhere near as bad.

Would be good if you could compare performance between the two and see if there's any difference.

Bought a whole load of bits to add two support legs on either side of the pole (yes, Rimant, INOX - expensive :(). Found that the existing supports are not really enough to stop minor sideways movement.

The crossed out section will not be used, especially as the wife moaned about it taking a bit too much space in the garden.

Is that 76mm pipe there? I have couple of heavy-duty clamps for 76mm, not INOX and even bolts&nuts are rusty (you see, nobody is perfect! :D ). So, Alex, if you need those clamps I can mail them to you. By attaching them you could fix side support legs. Of course, some cleaning&painting should be done.

Sadly, it's not 76mm, it's 114.3mm (4.5 inch).

One thing I wanted was to have a "sleeve" for a 4.5 inch pole, so I could join two poles together to raise the height if needed, but not something I could find here :(

@RimaNTSS , what I could really do with is one of these:

p1300611-large-jpg.60387

But to fit a 4.5 inch pole.
