Thailand ringing it in over a minute early!!!

EDIT: Had fireworks in time. Initially clock was ticking roughly a minute before. Also on-air clock is a little behind. When fireworks began my network-synced clocks suggested midnight while on-air clock showed like 23:59:40 or so.
