Have to receive it from 13E.

1N satellite is really weak in Northern Finland, and my dish has moved that one little amount that makes 1N unreceivable even though all other channels from 19E work perfectly ;)

Normally no (only Conax encrypted in 1W), but I remember that @Analoguesat or someone in pages 2 to 5 in this thread found some stream for the Helsinki fireworks...

You can try Vuosi vaihtuu 2015 but it might have geo-blocking, I'm not sure...

Anyways LTV Lithuania is fta on Astra 4 as I recall if you want to keep an eye on something else...
