For a non englischman like me , your lines are hard to read by the lack of comma's .
But I cut the lines and in that way is more clear to me .
the gearbox is 80/1 ratio for every 80 turns on the input shaft , the output shaft turns once the travel time , to do full arc is a estimated 6 minuets
try to move a standard actuator in one direction for 6 minuets , you cant because stops don't allow it to , so I have two options , one is to modify existing stops ,
this would involve finding cogs etc ect ect , other option is what I am going to , do hope understand now
I've stored a few (3) very heavy worm gearboxes with a 65:1 ratio , posted it some time ago .
A 36 V actuator motor for those gears would not powerful enough , probably I will use a 240 AC reductormotor .
