I have a DM800HD with hard disk. When I sometimes I come to programme a recording session I get the following: {In order to record a timer the TV was switched to the recording service}. Not knowing what to do I have to restart the dreambox and all will get to normal until the next time. Any help will be appreciated.

Because there is only one tuner you can only watch what is being recorded but you can watch any recording that you have previously made whilst you are recording.

Select Menu on your remote, and from the Main Menu select Timer

There you will see all the Timers that have been used, but more to the point the one (s) that may still be scheduled.

Delete em all (Red Button) you are not deleting the Recording just the Timer for the Recording.
